History
ESPRESSOUL, the name says it all.
Espressoul means 3 things:

Behind making every espresso, there is a soul; the Barista. We recognise that it is the barista (him or her) who makes or breaks the coffee. Every coffee connoisseur knows that it means nothing to have the best coffee beans, best machine or best looking outlet if there is no professional Barista to make the cup. Hence, to Espressoul, the Barista is the soul, the signature of our cafe.

Behind each and every espresso, we put our heart and soul in it. Why? Because the espresso is the foundation of every Italian coffee e.g. the cappuccino, cafe latte or cafe mocha. Such is the emphasis we place in a humble and simple espresso, and it forms the philosophy behind every food, drink or task we do.
